Been here 15 minutes and not one person has helped me...looked at me and said nothing. Maybe I am invisible I guess.

Once helped it was okay but it seemed like they cared more about socializing between themselves than helping out their customers. 
Ended up getting a vehicle with expired tags and when I shared this with the individual who helped me it was not a big deal.

****4/19/2018 - Update: contacted corporate liked instructed and nothing was done...shocker right.

My husband and I have rented several times now from Enterprise in Murfreesboro, TN on W. Main Street and we have always had great customer service both when we are picking up the vehicle or dropping it off.  The men and women that you meet in customer service are awesome!  We have never had any problems.  We will continue to do business with them.  Thank you for the great service.

It was a little confusing when we went there to pick up the vehicle. There was nothing that said we had to fill out paper work and emergency contacts when you pay with a debit card. We knew of the deposit but not all of everything else.  In the end. The vehicle was good and we got to point A and B with out any issues.

Since I’ve been in Murfreesboro I honestly can say Enterprise have one of the best professional and friendly  customer service ever. Barron was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond.  Which make my transaction quick and smooth. They even picked me up and dropped me off. As long as I am here Enterprise Rental In Main St will always be my #1 place to do car rental with.

I was supposed to get a smoke free car. Well the person that helped me didn’t let me get in the car to check it out before I drove it off the lot and someone had smoked in it heavily. My wife and I both have bad asthma and we had to deal with it all the way from Murfreesboro, TN to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I would like to have a free rental for that huge screw up.
