I've been renting from Alamo for years and I can honestly say that this location is the best! I had to trade in a vehicle that I received from the Atlanta airport because it was disgusting. The front desk woman was very nice and attentive! She told me to go ahead and park the vehicle and she'll swap me out with no problem. Absolutely loved this location! I will definitely rent from here when I'm in town!

Great experience on three separate occasions during our trip to Chattanooga.  Lovely lady at the front desk yesterday took great care of my daughter and I all three times.  Very helpful, and I found Alamos prices to be reasonable.

Cheap. Great cars. Fun to get to select the color at Atlanta Airport. Drop off at Chattanooga Airport was VERY CONFUSING though. Signs are poorly marked. Could barely find where to drop the car off and no one was outside to tell me what to do. Turns out you have to go inside the Airport Terminal Baggage Claim to checkout and there were no signs about that either

Great experience and loved the price of the car. I didn't have to wait long and my transaction was handled in a timely manner. Only complaint is that there is a deposit of $300 plus the amount of the rental. With me being an Alamo Insider, I figured I would have received an email about those changes. That's why I rent from them because they don't have the excessive deposit with a credit card
