My appointment wasn’t until six but I arrived early and they were able to get me out by my initial appointment time. They were a little busy but when I walked in I was still acknowledged and was told someone will be with me in a minute. The customer service was great and if I could remember the guy that helped me I would give him so much praise. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service. I arrived to pick up a minivan and was upgraded to a brand new SUV (4 miles on it). Drop off was quick and easy.

I scheduled a standard car for a weekend trip that I had planned with the kids. I picked up the car Friday afternoon and it was not really driven till Saturday. The USB did not work in the car as well as the car was driving kinda funny. We decided to just drive out own vehicle out of town do to the time crunch we were own. When I returned it to the store the manager was nice enough to discount my charges. The cars definitely need to be checked more regularly before placing people in them.
