It took over 6 hrs for me to get a van I reserved a month prior. My reservation was at 8am I waited over an hour then I was told to come back in a couple of hours. I didn't get an apology for the long wait, instead I was told this was to be expected because of the holidays and it's like this anywhere I go. I called back around noon and This time I received an explanation for the wait (4 hours later)and was told they still need a few more hours. I called back a couple of hours later. This time I am almost in tears because I've been waiting all morning and months of vacation plans are ruined. My family's vacation was delayed over 6 hrs. That took a full day away from our vacation plans. I was told to talk to the guy who dropped off the van and I finally received an apology over the phone. On top of my 6 hour wait when I finally received the van it was dirty on the inside. This was the worst experience I ever had. I was given 10% off and told I didn't have to refill the gas. This helped but didn't change that I had been waiting most of the day with no explanation and no apology. I could understand if it was not possible to get the van on time. I would not have been happy but an explanation and a sincere apology up front would have helped. I will not ever use this location again.

I had a free double upgrade from email promotion and when I asked for it to be applied to my reservation I was told she didn’t know how and had to ask branch manager to step in and inquire on how to do my request. Technically it never got done but instead just decided to put me in around car and upgrade themselves. I didn’t complain because the car was roomier and it was a hybrid, so my first impression is that this car will be a good rental. First thing I noticed was that the radio did not work at all. I was able to sync my phone through Bluetooth but the apps would not upload and the CarPlay would not find my phone. Even the radio would not Turn on to play music. It was frustrating, especially since I had to purchase the additional $5.99 for unlimited miles bedside I knew I’d have to dive the car to Huntsville to attend a funeral and I rely on my google maps every where I go and could not access any of my apps form my phone through Bluetooth. Basically I had to use my apps from my phone, gps, music and phonr phone throughout my trip to Huntsville and back. I called the Enterprise after number and was told to call road side assistace and when I was able to reach roadside, I was told it was not a mechanical error and transferred me back to the Enterprise help desk and by that time the office was closed and said to call back tomorrow Morong. Finally after not being able to get a hold of someone online I was finally to reach the main office where I had rented The car. Again I was given the go around, call roadside, call customer service...then finall was told to call a local Enterprise to see about switching cars. I made it clear to her ( Brittany) that I am 35-38 mins away from Huntsville and internet connection was very poor at my area and prefer if she could call and see if I could get a car with a radio to work. I was hung up by representative before confirming is she was going to call them for me or not but after calling her back she said she was a customer but would get back with me. After her research i was told to drive the car to Huntsville about 38 mins away to switch out cars but again I am at a funereal / wake so it wasn’t like I could just leave my family to go and switch our cars. What bothers me the most is how Enterprise would put a loyal customer in a car without checking to make sure everything is working properly, especially the radio since everyone is going handfrees now while driving which is what I prefer. I asked for an extension on her car for additional day and was told I had 30 mins to return at agreement time or I would get charged hourly for next 3 hours then anything after that would be a full days. That was enough to make me irate and I made sure I returned the car following day 2 hours earlier around 9am because I noticed they charged me $5.99 for unlimited miles for just 2 hours that morning. The rate I had to pay is not fair and acceptable for 5 days without music and especially since I’ve tried calling several times to get help with issues. Even tried to watch YouTube videos but turns out it’s the car that was defective. I would like someone to look into this and reimburse me for what is fair. Tia Cruz

They overcharged taxes on a reservation I had. Booked a car and price already included taxes on it but when I returned the car they honored the 135 price but also added more taxes. Ended up paying 20 more for my rental after explaining the online prices to them. I like enterprise but around the Chattanooga area I’ll be going elsewhere.

Everyone was courteous and went beyond what was expected to help. A pleasant experience.
