Rented a car in September and used debit card without any issues. Today went to pick rental up and was told as of March 31st, they no longer accept debit cards for rentals. What?????? I just used it 2 months ago! Now stranded without car and no way to rent one despite having plenty of money to pay for rental. Customer service is everything and they are definitely lacking. When I called the main customer service line to see if there was something that could be done, was told I could go to a different location and they would accept debit card. My question was “how am I suppose to get there? I have no car!”  I will NEVER rent from them again!!!

Easy to get a car and car was perfect for my needs. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Best price in town also.

Very happy with Budget ! I have been loyal a Fastbreak member and rent with Budget most of the  time. They found me a car when they and every other car rental company was technically "sold out". Very nice of them to return the loyalty.

With both the pickup and the drop off there were issues and they tried to add on extra fees. There's other rental companies. Use those

I rented two vehicles, one SUV and one 12-passenger van for two weeks and had an amazing experience picking up the vehicles and returning them. The front desk person was very friendly and had all the paper work ready before we arrived and getting the vehicles took less than 7 minutes. I recommend using Budget to anyone visiting Chattanooga!
