Great service, friendly staff. Didn't have any problems renting the car. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Could have a bit larger car selection, other than that you don't have to look anywhere else to rent the car.

Was discouraged that both cars I rented weren’t full of gas, and in one car we couldn’t get the Sirius radio to work. The charge was removed from the bill. Staff was friendly and was no problem getting ride to and or from Enterprise.

A great rental car experience.  The car was ready when promised, and the staff was friendly and professional in every respect.  A very easy and quick process.  The car was a 2018 model with low miles; was very comfortable for my trip, and perfect for my traveling needs. I will definitely go back soon when a car is needed, and will highly recommend the Outer Banks location to my friends.

This local place helped me out for a last minute work need, even scored me a decent upgrade and even let me dicker over the daily price for a Jeep Wrangler for the week. Thanks

The service was great. The car was ready and clean. My company will only cover the charges of a compact car. The car that was supplied to me was disappointing. It did not have cruise control (tiring on a 600 mile round trip). The car was uncomfortable and grossly under powered. I was exhausted after this trip. While this is not the fault of Enterprise, I feel they should provide all level of cars with some of the more modern accessories. I would use them again but would be more observant of the options on the car.
