Good employees, great service! Plus, the last couple times my car had a full tank of gas, which is better than trying to guess the fill-up amount when I take it back. I just wish they were open more weekend hours or a little later at night. At times I have to keep my vehicle extra time since the return window is narrow at times.

Had to put my car in the shop right before attending an out of town event. Bad timing! Lucky for me, the gang at Enterprise helped me pick the best rate on a great car, and even picked me up and dropped me off (a huge, HUGE help!) Without their friendly service I would have been stuck! This was my first time renting with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Assuming every Enterprise is staffed with folks like Chris and the rest of the gang at the Boone, NC office, I'll be renting with Enterprise from now on!

The guys here are great! I went in after making an online reservation last minute and they didn't have any cars available at my price so they upgraded me at no extra charge! They are so helpful and friendly! I love Enterprise! The only downside is their drop fees. Most are pretty costly and since I rent several times a month my charges can add up quickly! I wish value customers didn't have to pay that fee. Boone NC guys were awesome though 😊

From the original agent the attended to me, to the Ford van's performance to the last agent helping me, it was a great car rental experience, like it all car rentals should be but many times are not.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quick and easy check in and out got us on our way in both directions without delay or issue. Very nice they offer a pickup service that we may use next time. Highly recommended.
