Second time renting here and NEVER again!!! "Kid" that picks you up has zero personality! Our car this time just like the last was dirty...windows were fifty. Told the girl and the "kid" that picked us up took it around and just put the hose to it. Never once wiped the windows. We had to get a towel and clean them ourselves. The same thing happened the first time we rented here. Office needs a good cleaning especially the bathrooms. It's like they just don't care! I will take my business elsewhere.

They are the biggest bunch of non honest people I've ever known. Make you pay a $50.00 deposit on your debit card and tell you it will be returned in 3 business days. Going on my 4th and they still refuse to give me my money back? Yes I brought the car back with the correct amount of gas and no issues. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

The staff was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. My vehicle was ready for pick up and I was provided an SUV per the request of the insurance company. The vehicle was new having less that 6K miles. The only complaints I have were the filthiness of the store and the car. The inside of the store was extremely dirty and the car had been smoked in heavily. Essentially it was like an ashtray on wheels. I wouldn't even allow my children to ride in the car due to the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke.

Over the course of 3 years I went from regular to never. I rented the better part of 3 years for personal and business use, and I am the top tier on their rewards program for my continued business. Over those 3 years the "manager" would change out about once a month. With new managers comes new policies and at the end of the day result in making it harder on the customer. Over the years I have met some really nice managers who would give me some amazing deals, and other times (like recently) some that want to charge the highest price possible to up their own commission checks. New policies have raised the rental deposit from $100 to $200 and new credit card policies basically exclude any debit card holder from renting.. period. After several instances of getting the run around and having to fight just go get the proper rental deposit refunded I decided to discontinue business with Enterprise. I expressed my issues on Twitter prior to completely ending my business relationship with them, and I was promptly shut down with a simple we don't care response. For a company who advertises to be a family business, I sure didn't feel like I was treated as a family member.. not unless this entire family is based on lies and theft.
