First off I rent about 50 cars a year for work and worked at Enterprise out of college. I Waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the counter and then waited another 10 minutes while she got on the phone while there was still a very long line. I needed a Ford only and I got a Toyota. They tried to sell me for more money on a Ford Mustang Conv instead of giving me that car for my full size. (It was raining all day I am sure not much use for a convertable). I declined the gas option specifically and she still put that on and said they would take off when I return full. Who does that? Oh and it did not get taken off.  Then I waited 10 minutes to get the car valet to me. I always go National at this airport (they are awesome) but could not this time. I will never go Avis again. Second time renting and second time with them sticking it to the customer. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible, I'm a preferred member and I have to wait 45 minutes while they prepare a car. I don't see any point of making a reservation if they don't have your car ready

Never rent here. This agency takes advantage of travelers and tacks on items like loss waiver, gas service (even if you return the car full) and upgrades without the traveler's consent. They quickly hand you an agreement and point to where to sign and only later do you find out that a $175.00 rental ends up costing over $400.00. 

Don't do business here!

Worst Avis ever. They never have the car I reserved. I'm a frequent Traveller and I was never given an upgrade and I rented there almost every week for 26 weeks last year. Also often time my name is not on the display board so I have to wait in line to get a car.
