I rented a vehicle on a Saturday that I was going to return on Sunday.  We drove to NC and back, and while in NC I lost the key to my car.  I let Enterprise know this because I still needed the rental until I could resolve my key issue.  It took almost all week for me to resolve this issue.  I was unable to return the vehicle until late Thursday, and I was charged a large sum of money.  I wonder if it would have been less expensive if I had been charged for a whole week?  Very disappointing.

Not so good upgrade options provided. Lethargic approach for pick up. It took almost 1 hour from the designated pick up time. They only check your comfort as part of their routine training and for the sake of doing it  but customer care does not reflect in their actions.

A great, painless experience from the time I picked up the car and the return check-in was great. They are the best company to deal with for a rental. I have already booked my next rental in June. Great job Enterprise!

I am a regular renter at the Enterprise Kenwood location and would NOT go anyplace else!
The people are just fabulous.  They would bend over backwards for me, and have.  The friendliness is so welcoming.  I am extremely pleased to do business with that office!

They picked me up from the location in a premium car and treated me really well and gave me the car I opted for. Definitely I will revisit this location. Overall it was a pretty good experience for me.
