Excellent service at this location. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop, they set it up with me ahead of time, so I’d have it when I needed it. The day came and they had the perfect car ready for me and their customer service was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

My rental experience at this location was excellent. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Bryson made the process so easy. Would definitely go back.

I dealt with 3 people when I needed assistance with a rental. They were ALL very helpful and professional. I had emergency situation come up and had to extend my rental time . They were very understanding and helped me accommodate my immediate needs. Thank you for all you help. I will be back as needed and was also refunded my deposit in a timely manner. I will be referring my friends and family to the Milford Enterprise for their rental needs. Excellent customer care!!

Made a reservation, received confirmation, arrived to pick up, told no car, sorry. Blamed website. Went to airport and was in and out in 10 minutes. Skip local in Milford. rent from Airport.

My scheduled vehicle was not available. They gave me a nice upgrade.

All the staff are incredibly friendly,  helpful and knowledgeable.  Cars are sanitized and clean.

2nd time in a month I've shown up and they don't have a car for me. First time they called and said they were waiting on me I was 5 min late and when I got there they didn't have a car. Today I get there and they don't have a car for 4 more hours yet no one called me. The manager hid behind a door and left the rep to deal with it. Terrible customer service. I get that cars are short but call and let your customers know you can't fill the reservation. I have other options, others don't. I used to rent weekly from this location- and now I'm looking for other options. I left today without a car...Iand no help from anyone

I was sent by my company to pick up  a vehicle to use while my work truck was being repaired. Upon arrival,  and check in, I was told after scanning my license that I was on a do not rent list from 7 years ago & would not be allowed to rent,  despite the fact that the vehicle was being paid for and insured by my employer. The ONLY solution I was offered by the supervisor on duty, after being told that there was NOTHING She could do to resolve the issue, was to call some collection agency to resolve my financial issue with enterprise wasting my time as I refuse to pay for vehicle damage that I did not incur. At this point I was beginning to lose my patience with the apathetic attitude of the enterprise staff in regards to problem solving, as I had to call in several favors in order to get to the rental location, all the while missing out on much needed rest in preparation for a demanding 12 hr night shift on interstate. I reminded the supervisor that the rental was being acquired by my company for work use, and was given an attitude of indifference to my predicament. In my line of work, as in many, even when a customer is wrong, they are still a customer, and as a service provider,  I must find a way to accommodate their needs, perhaps, had the supervisor cared about my company's business and made some effort to accommodate my situation, instead of being treated like a "No Rent List" villian,  I would not have felt the need express my opinion of the supervisor's lousy attitude, poor customer service skills, and lazy work ethic.

I was told a story about my rental car needing tires. Coincidentally, so was a gentleman also waiting on his rental car. It was obvious that this facility did not have any rental vehicles available although multiple customers had reservations. The inside of the facility was GROSS! it looked like three carpet hadn't seen a vacuum in weeks! The same pieces of debris on the floor hadn't moved in the 5 days I had visited to pick up and drop off my rental. Customer service was ok.

The Dodge that we rented Pacifica had a couple of issues with it. The company needed to take care of. But so far so good. I will check back after my credit card gets run through.The company is ok.
