This place is horrible to rent a vehicle. I rented a full size vehicle for the weekend and they gave me a vehicle which smells bad and seats with black stains. The worst part with my rental is the car rear tire is wobbling while driving and making some kind of noise which I took back to the rental and asked the manager to change the vehicle.  He replied saying that there was no light indication on the dash board about the issue I had and said its fine. I don't know how in a world these car's can detect a tire wobbling and lights up the dash with that issue. May be these vehicle from budget will do that. I don't know. But overall don't rent here if you want to have a safe trip.

I booked an 8 seater Ford Expedition and picked it up at the Montgomery Road branch. The staff were courteous and made the whole process of renting the car easy. It was great value for money and would not hesitate going back again or recommending them to someone else. Great job Budget!!

I reserved a Minivan and when I arrive to pick it up, I was presented with a Ford Flex.  The useless customer service agent who clearly had no professional training argued with me on the definition of a minivan and had the ignorance to repeatedly refer to a Ford Flex as a minivan.  His lack of interest in the business was evident, which I'm sure transfers to the owners of this "franchise."  I've never seen such a lack of intelligence and decency from a car rental company until now.

This has to be a franchise location and Avis/Budget should take a close look at how poorly this location treats customers.

Enterprise has a location right down the road and I encourage everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

This place is horrible we rented a truck for a week and they over charged us we wrote a check for the truck and they threw it away. They charged us for so much we even filled up the tank they charged us 25 dollars cause it wasn't on F directly they only put 7 dollars in to get it to F smh I have never had problems with budget but I will never ever use them ever again. the man was no help at all he told me he never got a check but the truth was he threw it in the trash it was next to his desk in the freaking trash..... be careful renting from this particular place. make sure you ask what all they will charge you for before renting it cause they will try to get you for any and everything as far as renting a truck.
