The Canyon Road Enterprise shines as a friendly, helpful place to pick up a car.  We were there for the long weekend, and the shop was super busy with people picking up cars and getting rides.  Our car wasn't ready, so the staff gave us an upgrade to a Subaru, which ended up being just what we needed.

I'm leaving this review only because of an employee that helped me. I came in today around 5:45 and they were extremely busy. Faduma (I'm sure I'm spelling it wrong) helped me return my car. Obviously it's a quick process and super easy, I rent all the time, but she still took the time to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Usually you'll just get a quick hope ya had a good one, but despite it being very busy you could tell she was still paying attention to what I was asking and genuinely cared. She also found my house keys still sitting in the rental haha, so again, I just appreciate her being attentive and caring, when she could have just rushed and dismissed me.

This has to be my favorite location i've been to.  I travel everywhere so I've been to a few.   They are really fast, helpful and super friendly.   I will always use enterprise as long as they keep hiring people as competent as they do.  Thanks a bunch!

Hand's down worst car rental service I've ever experienced. The car was nice... But the service and transparency in the pricing is horrible.

Good and prompt service.  The large SUV was excellent to handle the winter weather.  Appreciate the flexibility with the local team on changing cars towards the end of use as this was over a three week rental and a smaller SUV was adequate once we returned from drives over the pass and heavy winter conditions.  Only one minor problem was the rear windshield wiper needed replacement (the use of this is very helpful during the winter months)
