Was surprised at the speed I was able to check in and drive away - in and out in 15 minutes. Not bad considering I'm no longer a member of their Gold Club and had to go through all the hoops.

LYFT DRIVERS BEWARE !! . If you have a rock chip in the windshield that turns into a crack, whether you did it or not, Hertz charges you 154 bucks. The car I just picked up won't connect to my phone, the  only USB port in the car doesn't work, the cigarette lighter port in the dash doesn't work. I'm stuck with just one cigarette lighter port in the center consol. And I'm pretty much stuck with the car unless they have EXTRA cars and I can get there fast enough to get one,  as they won't save one for you. The customer service was much better today than before believe it or not (that's how bad it was before) . The Lyft reps that are there are really cool. Like them a lot!  I'm rating Hertz. Not them.

We had a very nice experience with hertz. Renting the car for one week was cheap and we didn't have to pay anything extra when we picked up the car. After one week we wanted to rent the car for one more week and it was easy to extend the rental over the phone. Very helpful staff.

Hertz will always be my choice for car rentals!  Quick, no hassle check- in and return.  Paid in advance and got a nice discount.  Courteous staff.  Highly recommended!!

New manager Daphne was extremely rude, had a car that came with a nail in the tire, was told I can get a new one over the phone.  Went in and was immediately confronted and yelled at as appearently it is my fault that they gave me a car with a flat tire, told I am going to be put on the no rent list, somehow thought I was a lyft driver for no reason until I explained im not.  Then I eventually was allowed to get a new rental, given keys and told to go out in the lot and find the car myself.  When I went back in to say I couldn't find the car, she refused to help me and made somebody else do it. Eventually get the car, and find that the tank is only 3/4 full, at this point I don't even care I just left.  Already made a complaint with the company, won't be going back, will be calling the local repair shops to suggest they do business elsewhere.
