Fantastic location.  Great staff.  They will pick you up, but call an hour ahead.  No pickups available close to closing.

They are located inside a large parking garage just north of the Border Grill restaurant, and across the street from the World Trade Center.

There is sometimes a wait due to high fluctuations in their inventory.  Give yourself some extra time for pickup...sometimes you may need it.  Dropoff is usually quick.

Usually crowded, no early return on Sunday post noon which kind of makes the place sick. You will have to return on Monday morning. Service depends on who is on the counter, extremely good guys are there and some average reps too.

They have really good service mind to their customers. I had a big trouble with renting a car, but they solved the problem for me in a minute I could rent a car there eventually! I got a huge help from them. I would strongly recommend for those who seek for the safe and reliable rental car company.

I've been using the Union Bank Enterprise in DTLA for my car rental needs since 2014, and have come to depend on their efficiency, availability of cars, and customer service. A couple of glitches in their pick-up promises earlier this year were inconvenient, but they made up for it in my last rental experience with their attentive pick-up and delivery service by Alex. He and Krystal are the mainstays of this Enterprise office, and always make doing business with them supremely satisfactory.
