Wait times are usually long, 10-15 minutes.  Service is friendly and quick once your turn comes. Booking a car online does not mean you will get the same type of car or you will even get a car at all. So I would recommend going early, specially on weekends and holidays.
Dropping off a car is the easiest. You just drive in and someone notes down the miles and gas, take that to the office and you receive your receipt. You can choose to change the card you want to pay with, if it is different than what you initially registered with.

Rented a car in the summer, didn't get the car I reserved. The car was filthy, inside and out. Food containers in the front compartment as well as the side pockets where my daughter stuck her hands in to place her items and got what ever was in there all over her hand. Bugs stuck all over windshield and no wiper fluid. Rep wouldn't honor my car insurance and I had to get theirs....obvious additional charges and Oil service light came on during our trip. I called corporate office 3 times and 3 times they said I would receive a call back from them. Its been over 2 months and still no phone call. Definitely the last time I do business with this company.

Very good customer service. I had been dealing with a different location but had a mess with trying to get the car I wanted and was just lied to but at this location they actually took their time to get me in a car I liked and called me once they had it. Even though it's a busy location employees seem to help you out as much as they can. Recommend this location much more than others close by.

Amazing car and overall experience, but poor service. I had a reservation, but they didn't have a car available for the said time. So, they gave me an option either to pay more and upgrade  or wait for one hour to get the category you booked. So, it was waste of my time sitting there and waiting for the car. If they would have informed me the same, then I'd have came after the car has been dropped off by previous customer.

This company sneakily gets money from your pocket. Do read your final receipt carefully when you return your car and ask them to correct them immediately in the office if you find something wrong. They added 70$ for gas in the final receipt which I should not pay (I refueled to more than the original gas gauge).  I called them twice and they answered in phone that they would correct it and refund me, but they never did that.
Plus, although their booking service is fast, when I was trying to call and connect to other services such as the pick-up and payment dispute, they always make me wait by my phone for half an hour. You are battling with them for patience. So, simply avoid them.
