If you’re looking at these reviews to determine whether you should use this rental location then take my word for it and use another location. My biggest regret was not going by the previous reviews and I have never gone out of my way to write a review for a company but this upset me so much. This was the worst experience. They didn’t have a car for me. Why the hell am I being charged for my reservation when there is no car for me? I got off of my flight late and could not control that I was 30 minutes late for my rental and I even called them ahead of time to tell them I would be taking a shuttle bus and asked for details. No one called me or left me a message to let me know or inquire if I was coming to pick it up. I called hertz and they put me through to so many people because no one wanted to deal with the situation and the woman on the phone was laughing. I ended up having to wait hours for someone else to return their rental so I could take it from them. I don’t know about other locations but this location is so unprofessional, the man working there is careless and you’ll be waiting in line for a very long time even if there’s only one person in front of you. Don’t waste your time.

櫃檯員工的服務態度很不耐煩 The worst experience I have ever had with rental company. First, I was an hour late and was forced to upgrade by 10 dollar. Second, the staff was rude and impatient when I called to ask about the unexpected charge in my receipt. He just hung up the phone while I was still politely asking for details. Would highly recommend anyone to rent the car from other company or other branch.

Terrible service. 
I rented from Hertz, in my mind a respectable company, via Expedia. 
They did not have the car when I arrived; and they said they called me to tell this (they didn't call); and they said I was 30min late so it was normal they wouldn't have a car. They had a list of five people in the same predicament. Never rely on these people. Their business practice, their demeanor.... Terrible...

We have the worst experience in Hertz which in Union station. The staff in there is rude and inpatient. The big problem was he lied to us due to he wanted to get off the work on time. First, we applied AAA member for free additional driver and no fee for underage driver. However, he said we must pay the extra fee for the additional and underage driver. Then, we booked a full size car, but he gave us a mid size car. We asked him again and again about is it the right car that we booked, and he said yes. We had no choice at that time, so we pick up the car. After we thought he was ridiculous, so we went to the Hertz which in the airport. The staff in there said the car was mid size car not full size car which we booked. Finally, they let us to exchange the car. Overall, the staff who in Union station is so rude, hope we will not have any experiences like that.

We made a reservation the night before with a Hertz representative (not from this location, but from the corporate number) on the phone the night before, but were told when we arrived that you had to wait a full 24 hours to pick up rentals. After being on the phone with corporate, we found out that only THIS location made up that rule and that reservations actually only need a calendar day of notice. The agent was extremely rude and mean to us and had no interest in helping us with our CONFIRMED reservation. After spending 4 hours talking/arguing with him and on the phone with corporate, they decided to tell us that they gave away all their cars. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem at this location.

NEVER, EVER USE THIS LOCATION.
