After crashing my company vehicle this morning i was left stranded with no option but to rent a car from this location. They refused to accept my company's credit card and made me pay $600 out of my own checking account before they would let me rent a car. In 30 years i am the only emplyee in my company to ever have to pay for a rental out of pocket. Even after i was told that i would only have to pay $50 and the rest would go onto my company's card it climbed to $150 then $250 then i was told that to drive away i would have to pay the entire $600. Out of a company's employees pocket?!? Completely unacceptable.

I rent frequently from Enterprise Lexington, although I have used other locations. I have to say they are all customer centric, and my experience is always excellent. The new manager Olivia is a sweetheart and all the guys are incredibly pleasant and courteous.

I was hoping to save a little money by renting at this location but wanted $75 a day so booked on Priceline and got a week for $325 from another major agency. Same week at this location would have been $525. Someone needs to let them know they are not at a major airport so need to price their car lower. Also, they close at noon on Saturday and all day Sunday so limited hours.

My rental car was supposed to be delivered I VW in Bedford but they sad that they are short of people and I'm the one that must pick it up the car from Lexington.Im gonna be late for work
