anything less than what Paul the manager sets as the bar of his customer service is not enough for me. The manager at this branch has set the basic standards to a great level that i am happy with and would expect anywhere when doing a business transaction. 
The basic courtesies are something i did not receive by another employee of the branch during checkout of my last rental. Simple things such as gas to be returned at, how many people would i have, what is the rental for, etc... 
I basically got “hello. 
is a hyundai sport okay? (which i had no idea what that is), sign here....” 
All employees should definitely take that little bit extra care to insure the customer is comfortable and happy, much like Paul the manager does... it’s not that hard to do ;)

This review is long overdue. I rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location on the Lynnway back in the beginning of the year. I had never rented a vehicle in my life but the entire team walked me through the process patiently, they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Another thing to note was that they did everything they could to ensure they had the vehicle I rented on the website on location for the day of my pick-up and they delivered on that.

I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking to rent a car to go with this company and location.

Provided me with great customer service but second time I rented car was dirty I had to go home and clean it.

The team there are very helpful, considerate and professional. Above all they have a lot of patience, with the amount of customer's coming in and their having to run in and out of the building to accommodate their customers with the rentals. Great job. Whatch out what they charge you for though.!
