I rented a vehicle from this location a few days ago and have to say that I was very happy with the price of the rental, service & the staff as well. They had donuts and coffee while you waited and was in and out within 10-15 minutes or so.

Justin was the customer service rep. who helped me and he did a great job throughout the rental process as well as answering all the questions that I had. The store manager, Ed; who was previously at another Enterprise location in the area is another great guy and has a friendly, helpful demeanor.

I hope to be renting from Enterprise and this location again sometime soon.

I showed up about 2 hours earlier than my reservation, but I was driving out of the lot within 15 minutes.  Excellent customer service and good value for what they charge.  I will continue to use Enterprise.

They didn't have the car I reserved and then overcharged me for the compact.  I've been using Enterprise for a while, like almost 10 years, but lately their service and quality has gone way down.

Enterprise is cool. The only thing I don't like is how confusing they make the payments. You ask how much they need for the week, when you go to pay the following week, the amount has doubled. Its because enterprise would exhaust the customers 250 deposit without informing the customer. I don't like I pay a deposit and enterprise uses it and don't fully explain how and why. Then the following week, they want another deposit. They "should" ask the customer if they would like to use their deposit for the following week. If they say no, then the deposit sits there until the vehicle is returned. For example...to start my rental, I had to pay $250 deposit, plus the amount for the week which was $330. The following week, i asked to extend it and they said all i need to extend it is $330 for the week. I am now under the impression it's going to be 330 per week, so every week, I call and say I would like to pay $330. The next time I inquire, they say oh, for the week, all you need is $80.00 (330 wkly rate minus $250 deposit = $80). So I'm excited thinking I only have to pay $80.00 (maybe the rate went down???). then the following week, I extend it for a week and they want the whole $580 again, cuz they used my deposit and they assume I have an additional $250 available again. Its very confusing and a deposit is a deposit. It shouldn't be used or returned until the vehicle has been returned. Thats the only reason why I probably won't come back to enterprise. I rented from the melnea cass office for approximately 3 months straight, then instantly went to revere for an additional 3-4 months (cheaper rates in Revere). A lot of money spent at enterprise. One guy in revere is the best, i wish I could remember his name. I think Dave. The one who took the rental the other day, He is awesome!
