I rent from here all the time and the service is usually excellent,  the only reason they didn't get 5 stars from me was because the last time I went to go pick up a car they were not prepared for the amount of people.  First they opened about 15 minutes late then they only had 2 workers even though they had about 6 reservations at opening plus another 4 due to return a vehicle. I felt sorry for the 4 because each expected a ride back which enterprise advertises but none of us knew that this office no longer gives rides back on Saturdays because they are not properly staffed so those 4 had to arrange other rides. Over all the service is usually 5 star worthy just make sure when you pick up the vehicle you check to see if they are going to be able to drop you off when you return it.

Very poor customer service and communication. Called simply to get the vehicle I reserved only to find they have no availability. They offered no assistance in finding a car faster and simply said, "Take it or leave it." Thank you enterprise for your outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction.

Not a friendly location *BIG NO* : I made my reservation earlier and later half an hour before pick up they  call up and say cars were unavailable  and made me choose an SUV . Which though was expensive for me I took it considering my urgency . 

No pick was provided . Later I took a taxi and visited the location they didn't provide me with the car either . 
Reason : I have my license as temporary (Florida doesn't provide with permanent license for immigrants it issues on temporary bases depending on status)  though my license was valid . They didn't consider it no matter what , which they could have done. I did take previously from enterprise with the same ID .
Been renting from enterprise for a while now . I will definitely have to consider now before choosing enterprise rent a car . 

Totally disappointed .

Never gonna go to this location again .
