Over the years I've rented several cars from this Enterprise location, at least two rentals a year. They have consistently provided me with new, reasonably clean, well equipped cars. If I have any complaints it would be with the things that most rental car companies charge for. For instance, GPS/Navigation. Most people today have smart phones and these phones have GPS. If the car came from the factory equipped with GPS/Navigation, don't disable it. The only other thing I have an issue with is the fact that I find a lot of OPT(Other Peoples Trash) in most of the cars I rent. Look, I get it, these cars move on and off of the ,lot pretty quick, but I now inspect and clean out every car I rent. My last rental I found a cell phone in the map pocket! 

But Enterprise is my rental car company of choice and this location has served me well over the past several years. They will continue to get my business.

Enterprise Car Rental on Beechmont and Eight Mile has an excellent selection of cars and a team of employees that provides optimal customer service every day.  Dana an d Ryan go out of their way to make the customers experience the best.  Both are so accommodating and they actually care about the customer.  I'll never rent anywhere else!

I'm a regular at this particular location because they run a quality business.  Never been disappointed, never had to worry about service hiccups.  Truly exceptional service in an era where that is becoming a lost attribute.

I've rented cars from here many times and I've never had a negative experience. This company truly understands what customer service should be. Friendly staff with fair prices. I never leave unsatisfied.
