I have been renting from enterprise for a few years now. the location on Ridge rd. has provided excellent customer service and professionalism.
of course with almost everything i would love to give them a five star rating and i would . my only issue would be that i would like to see more cars made available to this site. i am tall however my children, siblings and relatives are exceptionally tall so when i rent i usually log into my account online for reservations and call the location to request a premium or luxury vehicle to accommodate. these cars are usually not available. This location works with me and they do accommodate if available it is because of their exceptional willingness to accommodate special request makes them exceptional in what they do.  I thank them and it is the reason why i will continue to patronize this location.

I would have given a 5 but when we picked up the car there was a water bottle in the floor board. Which indicates the vehicle was not cleaned.After travelling a couple hundred miles we had low tire pressure and we were out of washer fluid. I can't believe they charge for air. Which indicated the vehicle was not serviced. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The Enterprise on Ridge always takes great care of me. They are professional, efficient, and always kind. I don't think I will ever rent from anyone else!

I use this location regularly, and the service and vehicles are very good. The cars are well-maintained. Management and servicecreos are professional and friendly.

this location did not tell my mother n law that with an out of  town  license  she needs two utility  bills...with a debit card...they said one she came all the way from Chicago  for a funeral  and then they told her two...which I don't understand  how  she rented a car from this location  while she was  up in Chicago...for her husband  to pic up down here an she never showed not one bill neither  did he when he went to pick up the car.....bad bad bad service  reps here....the only good person here was the manager  clinton...the man understood  every thing we explained  an got us in a rental...without  him this store  goes down in don't see it lasting long with out clinton....thanks man from the true an freeman family in Chicago...
