This place has very incompetent employees. They do not call you back when requested and do not follow up with what they say they are going to do. I left a pair of sunglasses in the rental truck. I contacted the guy who cleans the truck and he apologized for not cleaning it throughly and finding them in the sunglasses holder. I was able to get customer service to contact the guy who rented the vehicle and he in fact had the glasses. They assured me that he would return them and they would contact me to pick them up. I called several times because the guy kept the trick for over a month. He apparently returned the truck and if I did not call them, I would have never known! Now they can't find my glasses and this Paul guy at the Florence, Ky office can't seem to find them? So now I suspect and employee stole them. They will not return my calls and couldn't follow simple directions but expect me to chalk up a $200 pair of glasses! Such incompetence!!

We use this branch often.  They are always friendly and extremely professional.  We get exactly what we book, on time, with no problems.  The staff is excellent!  They are very helpful and glad answer any questions.
They even call after you return the rental to make sure your experience was good.  We highly recommend this branch.

This experience was so bad I left without renting a car. In addition to not having any stock of cars, or parking, or good signage directing you to the correct location, the customer service was jaw-droppingly bad.  I guess they figure that because they have a captive audience at the convention center they don't have to be professional or extend basic human dignity to customers.  Pam, the agent on duty, was incredibly rude and the most condescending person I have met in Cincinnati. To put that in perspective, my family lives in Cincinnati and I went to high school here. Avoid at all costs, and if you meet Pam, just walk away.

This particular Enterprise car rental place is, by far, the easiest location to deal with. No delays. No other problems. The cars are always clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and extremely courteous.

Become an Enterprise Plus member. I rent cars frequently from here and always get good deals on quality cars. The service is good too.
