Very friendly and helpful staff. We told them our plans and the man at the desk pointed out that we didn't need the car for 2 days, cutting our bill in half. Once I returned the car, the staff drove me back to my hotel, again saving me money.

I'm extremely disappointed in the services I received at this location. I would not recommend going here for anything. I went to the location yesterday at 12 because I had a flat tire. I returned to the location today with an even flatter tire, I'm almost driving on the rim of the tire which I believe is extremely unsafe. I expressed the concerns with the representative that I did not feel safe and would like to exchange cars. No one went to view the tire to see the problem or offered to take a look. The representatives said he could not help me with an exchange and did not offer to put more air in the tire. He instead suggested I, the customer, take the car to a Pep boys or Discount Tire. I am extremely unsatisfied with response because in renting with other companies whenever I had a problem the company would rectify the situation immediately or offer better assistance such as taking the car for me to the suggested tire places. The location's customer service skills are very poor and the staff should undergo more training.

Great service and the CSR that helped us even gave us a ride home. He was super friendly and super helpful.
