Very nice people but to use a debit card I have to have a utility bill? My Drivers license currently does not have the same address so they would not rent to me. What? That’s $500 they won’t be getting.

After having a bad experience with the “other” large car rental company in the Bourbonnais, IL area (trying to rent me a car with the CHANGE OIL light on and with an EXTREMELY serious brake problem, and never refunding the fee they charged me because my insurance company had not gotten my information to them before I got in to rent a car from them), I decided to never deal with them again!  I felt that the “other” car rental company’s attitude was that, being a 75 year old female, I would accept anything they gave me without protesting....NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!  I therefore decided, the next time I needed a rental car, to rent from the Bourbonnais facility of Enterprise Car Rental.  All I can say is I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service, courtesy and friendliness I received from Enterprise!!  Roy was the representative I dealt with and he couldn’t have been more respectful, friendly and helpful if he tried!  I would recommend anyone to try the Bourbonnais Enterprise facility for any car rental needs they have...and don’t forget to ask for Roy!

We needed a reliable car for a weekend getaway and enterprise was there for us. We have rented before with the same location and were happy with them so there was no question about which company we would use. 
We dealt with Chris and Zach with this rental. They were both kind, helpful and professional. They took time to explain all the little "extras" the car had, made sure we understood everything before we drove off the lot. 
Upon returning the car Monday morning, I was in a bit of a hurry as I had to be to work by 8am. 730 Enterprise doors were open and Chris and Zach were there ready to help again! I return the car and got to work in plenty of time!
Thank you Enterprise for making our weekend better!
