I needed an 8 passenger vehicle for my family after an accident.  They brought me a dirty 5 passenger vehicle.  I informed the employee that I needed an 8 passenger and was informed that I would be contacted once one was located.  I was not contacted but had to call their office to inquire about the correct size vehicle.

Upon  driving to the location to switch vehicles, (the correct size now) I found a FILTHY vehicle waiting for me.  Food, garbage, receipts, drinks (possibly a milk shake) spilled up and down including between seats and USED MEDICAL WASTE!!!  I brought this to the attention of the staff who immediately brought the vehicle in to "clean it".  They pulled the vehicle back to the parking lot and up checking it, they apparently took the vacuum to two spots across the first and second row floors and sprayed the outside.  The food and I'll say it again, USED MEDICAL WASTE was still in the van.  Upon bringing this to the attention of employees again, I was given the excuse of, "We didn't see it."  Well, I informed you specifically of the problem, told you where it was, and you still didn't take care of it.  If this vehicle had been just for my use or I had no urgency, I would have waited all day until they made it right.  Unfortunately, it was my daughter's birthday and I didn't find it fair for her to have to suffer due to their inability to provide an acceptable product.

The following day, I contacted Enterprise via the phone number on their website and spoke to a woman who informed me that she would forward my concern to corporate.  The following week, I called to inquire about my complaint and was told that there was no record of it.  I re-filed my complaint and was given a reference number along with being told that I would be contacted by someone regarding my complaint.  We're now at three weeks and still no call.  I did get an email soliciting an online review though, so there you have it.

P.S.  I took video of the filth but unfortunately, I'm unable to upload them here for some reason.  I just keep getting an error message with no explanation.

I had a pretty poor experience with this location. I was in an accident a few weeks ago where my car was totaled and I got a rental car from here through my insurance company. I got the rental and just drove it home but didn’t drive it till a couple days later since I was still recovering. When I drove the car on the highway the whole car was shaking, the steering wheel, the head rests etc. And the alignment was all jacked up, to drive straight I had to have the steering wheel turned slightly left. I called to try and get switched out into another car but they said they didn’t have any available till the next day. When I called back they didn’t have any available. I called 4-5 days in a row until I just gave up. But when I called asked if they had any cars to rent they said yes of course, but then when I added I needed to switch out they said they don’t have anything.

I made a reservation online for a car and when I showed up, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get help.  The young man working was busy cleaning another car when I got there.  After coming back to the desk, he decided to keep taking phone calls instead of helping me.  When he finally found time to talk to me, I was informed there was no car.  My reservation was no longer valid because I said I would be there at noon and it was 4pm.  Try calling that place, you will NEVER get an answer.  What if I was coming in at the airport from a flight and the flight was delayed?  This is not a business I will work with ever again.The man told me all the cars were getting oil changes.  Seriously?  I can't make this up.  Save yourself the headache and go basically anywhere else.

Overall happy withe Enterprise customer service. Staff goes above and beyond all the time.

The car was a little dirty.  After I asked them to clean it they still did not get it cleaned. Other than that it was a good vehicle and did what I needed.  I had a mini van so it was not hard to see the dirt.
