Awful!!!!  I️ prepaid for my reservation of $581 and when I️ arrived I️ didn’t have a major credit card only a debit card and they would not give me the car.  I️ was simply renewing my rental that they had been happy to give me for a full month prior to that.  Keep in mind they were more then happy to take my money and then tell me it would be 5 days to refund me.  Also when I️ was there the same thing happened to another individual.  Be very careful renting from this place.

The staff there didn't "remember" to walk around the truck with me before I remind him. He then walked around the truck and found several big scratches. The tank was claimed to be full. However it was a bit less than full. I refilled it with pump automatically stopped and the gauge is quite a bit above full. I brought up to the other staff the next day when returning the truck that I filled more than 3 gallons for driving 16 miles and if I can be paid back for the gas and the answer was no, she couldn't do anything about it... Much worse customer service here than Enterprise. I've got reimbursed for additional gas without even asking for it.

I reserved a full size car, I called before I went in and he said he had only suv's and minivans. So I'm thinking, they allowed the reservation to go through so they will just upgrade me once I get there since they don't have the car class I reserved. Wouldn't that be good customer service? Haha what a joke. Bimal Singh said it's not his problem and if I wanted an upgrade since they didn't have what I reserved, I would have to pay!

I called customer service, they then proceeded to ask him to upgrade me. He then lied to my face and told customer service he didn't have any vehicles available. 

This is poor excuse for a business and I have no idea how they continue to be in business given my experience and the previous reviews. I will never ever ever rent from any budget or Avis company and they can personally thanks Bimal Singh for that

They didn't keep my reservation. We made a reservation weeks ago and they called less than 24 hours before to tell us they didn't have a vehicle. They were unwilling to go the extra mile and would only give me a customer service number to call. After calling it, all they could do was find one a hour away. You lost a customer.
