I’ve used many different car rental services in the Dearborn area due to my line of work and without a doubt, this Avis location is the best in metro-Detroit. The cars are always clean and ready to go. It is more than a pleasure to work with Frank and the service level from all employees is second to none. I recommend this Avis to fellow travelers and people not from the area. Thank you guys and I’ll see you next week.

***UPDATE***
I had a handicapped coworker accompany me on a work trip last week. Frank showed us the utmost professionalism and had a handicapped accessible Suburban waiting. He offered us Jimmy Johns sandwiches and Voss water. Thank you very much Frank! The best and only rental place I'll ever go to again.

Mr. Frank. I truly appreciate your warm conversation and professional service that enabled me to pick up a good car. I chose to pick up a Subaru Imprezza that was returned by a customer a few minutes after I arrived to rent a car. The car was cleaned, replenished of its fluids and up and ready in 5 minutes (exact schedule as promised). Also, unexpectedly I had to extend the rental for another week and with credit related issues Mr. Frank made it as easy as a breeze for me to extend and drive off worry less. Drove the car for 2,604 miles in 2 weeks and not a modicum of hassle. Thanks a ton Frank, was pleasure doing business with you.

Waited one hours for someone to show up. Had to return later the same day to return my car.

GREAT GREAT GREAT! A guy named FORAT helped me and he gave me a free upgrade to a full size car even though i booked a compact.  He even helped me to the car because i use a cane to move around.  Thanks again FORAT, amazing experience.
