Was very disappointed with the customer service.  If everything is fine they are great but don't have a discrepensey they totally flip the script.  Will not go back there again.  Also the car didn't run well felt like the transmission was going bad.

Budget do not care about their customers from the representatives at the reservation desk to the employees at the counter. They only thing correct about my reservation was my credit card information. When I tried to get it corrected they acted like I was wasting their time. They gave me a dirty car and lied about the hold on my credit card. When I called to complain afterwards the rental the lady was disinterested that I have a problem with the company at all. I dealt with 6 different people and they all acted indifferently. I will never rent from them again.

The owner and his staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the company policies and procedures.  Service with a smile, no long waiting on their behalf, and the fleet is satisfactory
