I called to reserve a car for pick up the following morning at 8 am. When I arrived to get the car I was told they didn't have one available. I was told they were bringing some from another location and I could come back at noon to pick the car up. When I get there at noon (because no one bothered to call me) I am told its going to be 2 pm before they have a car available. I was finally able to get the car at 2 after my third trip to the store. The staff member who is an asst manager never took the time to call me and let me know there were further delays in the car arriving. He was also rude and unapologetic for the inconvenience to me. I wasted 6 hours waiting for a car that I called to reserve and I wasn't offered a simple "sorry". I work hard for my money and I prefer to spend it where I am treated with respect and a little gratitude. I have rented from this location many times and I have been greatly satisfied but this experience will make me think twice about renting from enterprise in the future. This was just plain bad customer service and the staff member who I dealt with is not manager material.

The people here are extremely nice. They are always busy and we got super lucky this past week because we got the last available car on the lot. It was a nice, compact car and they even take employee discounts (if your company gives those)! Very good value. We keep coming back every time we need a rental car.
