Great place to rent from, the guys there are friendly, helpful and wonderful! We have no complaints. People that do complaint are problem difficult persons everywhere they go. This is the place to rent to avoid the New York City high prices! Cars are always tight here so book early and pick up early, especially on weekends. They are the only ones open 7 days a week Mon-Fri 730 am to 6pm Sat. 8am to 4pm Sun. 9am-3pm only Real easy to get there by bus from the George Washington Terminal Port Authority. The first stop over the bridge, Fort Lee on the highway go up the stairs on the left hand side between Prompt Med Urgent Care and Verizon Wireless.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Had the right car waiting for me, very quick and courteous service picking up and dropping off, didn't pressure me to accept any extras I didn't ask for, and the price was exactly what I was expecting.

The staff was outstanding at this location. Walked me through the car - which may seem odd, but I live in NYC and don't own a car - getting an overview of the functions is useful!  They also reminded me to get my iPhone/iPad holders, and directed me to the easiest way to get back to NYC. The car was great - current model with 12k miles. Overall, a pleasure and I highly recommend.
