The reason I chose Enterprise was because I considered it a trustworthy rental car company. When I made the reservation online, I tried to figure out the cost of the car insurance by reading the "fine print". Instead, the person who rented me the car waited until we were standing in the cold next to the car to present the car insurance options. They were on a tiny iPad screen and I just had to trust what he was saying to me. I believe I was sold more insurance than was necessary. My car insurance was the same cost as the car: it doubled the cost of the rental. Due to this experience, my sense of trust is lost. I suggest Enterprise make the options for purchasing car insurance more clear and transparent and available at the time of making the reservation so people can appropriately financially plan for their trip.

Andrew is awesome.  I don't think he has ever heard of the word "NO".  Or words 'I don't think so".  This was my second time in a year working with these folks.  What you see is what you get.... awesome.

Really great customer service all around. The staff are very nice, friendly, & professional.  They went out of their way to make me feel taken care of -- including giving me a small price-break when I was feeling some sticker-shock from over-time charges (which I had knowingly added.) Location is great for New Yorkers who need to rent a car in NJ. Will definitely use them again when I need a NJ rental!

Love this location! The staff is incredibly friendly, the cars are always clean and often brand new models. I'm in and out of there in under 30 minutes and out on the road.
