If I could give these two wemon at the desk less than a star I would.  Sat in line for over 2 hours.   3.14.2018 they deliberately took their sweet time.  My company and I will never use them ever again.  All because of this one incident.  Still at the airport @ 2am.   Glad they can laugh about it.

I am giving them 2 stars because when ever I received the final bill they gave me an upgrade without asking me if I wanted that! I told the customer service over the phone twice that it was never mentioned to me and that you cant charge someone an extra 100USD without asking for permission. At the end they were willing to give me only USD50 back! It disappointed me and I therefore will never book with them again. Also I had to Call in 2 times to ask them to send me my bill receipt via email and I still have not received it!

Marlon was the man.

I was turned down after being dropped off over at the Advantage rental agency and sullenly made it over to Budget. Marlon greeted me kindly, found a car that would fit my needs and gave me a great discount on the vehicle (must have seen my day wasn't going so hot). 

While the vehicle wasn't what I expected, it fit the needs of my passengers and made the trip I needed to take. Next time I'll skip the potentially cheaper options and go right for budget.

Give that man a raise, he was kind, funny, friendly, and happy to help.

Fabulous if you love waiting in a line for an hour! Only 2 people working behind the counter with 10+ people in line!
Budget sucks, never again! The people were nice but that doesn't excuse the very long wait.

Very competitive price, great service for the staff, even though we arrived early the car was available for us in 5 minutes. Very helpful and pleasant counter and car lot staff!!
