Started my day at 4 am and was dead tired when I finally arrived at Hertz at Newark after more than 14 hours of flying and driving. 

A young lady, I believe her name was Jessica, found me a gentleman who then drove me to my hotel, a trip that would otherwise taken probably an hour more. 

Boy was I happy about this special attention by the Hertz staff. They are always very helpful at Newark, but this was out of the ordinary and I'll for sure remember for long.

Thank you guys at Hertz Newark Airport!

The staff was very helpful in the check in and out. Quicker service with the kiosk. Hertz does need more signage on directions for the customers. The staff gets a 5 but Hertz gets a 4.

I am a 5 star gold member - so the experience was seamless. They had my name on the board and I was able to just walk directly to the 5 star row, pick any car, and was on my way. The person at the exit was very friendly and added the toll box without any issues or taking any time.  Definitely a great experience.

when I arrived I was told the cars weren't available without a reservation.  I made a reservation and to my surprise many cars were available.  It's nice that you get to choose your own vehicle so you have the option to go in and out to make sure you get all the features you want.  I didn't do that so the car I chose didn't have Bluetooth but it did come with Aux and an ez-pass. the gas rate was a bit high for the area but that is expected and if you know NJ it's cheaper to just fill up outside of airport or NY. All In All the experience was ok. got good gas miles out the Senata and it was spacious enough for what I needed it for.
