The people that work at this location are amazing. From the associates who help us get a car to the manager to the ones that check our cars in. Very NICE PEOPLE AND ALWAYS DELIVER A Great experience. For NY/ NJ area it's very rare to get good service and this place provides that and some!!! Not to mention they have the best rates. Even better then my Costco travel membership.

What an amazing experience with this company from pick up to drop off. The set up they have is amazing and the team effort is very rare to find any more. I needed to call several times and each time someone answered..  Thanks to Avis my trip went great!!

The woman who rented me my car was clearly high and gave me nothing but false information. She told me car was paid by my company and that I just needed to provide a card for security. She said there would be no hold.... well, they charged the entire bill to my personal card and said there was never another card on file. This lady needs to be fired. Seriously, get some people who are not on drugs.

Avis Newark Airport saved our family vacation when Enterprise completely messed up our booking and wouldn't give us an 8 seater van as they'd promised and quoted because they'd already rented it out!! They then demanded double the amount on the quote in order to accomodate for our family and even suggested we squash 3 adults and 5 teenagers over 15 (8 people) into a 7 seater!!!?
The lovely lady at the front desk at Avis (i wish I could remember her name) deserves a medal!! She understood the situation imediately. We were all exhausted (we were already 3 hours late and had a 3 hour drive ahead of us) and she didn't want to see all 8 of us stranded at the airport on a late evening of June this year. She pulled strings and managed to give us a great deal on a long suburban with enough seats and luggage space for all 8 of us!!! We are so thankful for her excellent customer service and kindness!!!! I would highly reccommend Avis at Newark airport!!
