The overall experience was excellent.  Got a great vehicle.  Price was as quoted.  Service was fast and efficient.  Team was courteous.

One slight negative; I understand it is best to conserve water/power by not cleaning the cars too often.  That being said, the French fries on the floor of the car probably could have been vacuumed out.  It was more humorous than anything.

Thanks for doing the usual great job!

Amazing customer service, great collection of cars and most importantly hassle-free  process while pick-up and drop the car.  I  used to use Hertz so far as thought nobody could provide similar level of service and variety of cars as Hertz. Though National probably have less options than Hertz, they have better cars and much cheaper rate also than Hertz. Overall I would rate them very highly and use them in future.

I am a National Emerald Club member.  I value that service.  The opportunity to walk directly into the lot, select any car, and get on my way without having to stop at the counter is a wonderful benefit, especially for the business or frequent traveler.  However, I have also learned to expect less at the busiest airports. My experience at Newark Liberty International Airport reinforced that expectation.  Cars were being turned quickly.  Most in the Emerald Isle were still wet from the wash when I arrived.  
The car I selected, a Nissan Rogue, was not very clean but adequate for my needs.  After a day's use, I realized the driver's side front tire had an issue and was plugged and returned to the vehicle.  It developed a slow leak.  When I called National Roadside Assistance, I was informed that I could take the car to any Firestone or Goodyear dealer and they would replace the tire. Like I had the time to just drop everything, miss appointments, and sit there with the car while the tire was changed.  I just continued to fill the tire when the low pressure light came on.  The manager at the drop off location offered to give me a free day for the 'inconvenience'  I'm wondering why the tire maintenance was left to a renter and not taken care of before.

This location is a good selection of cars in both their Executive Club and their regular club members. I have always managed to get a car here during long weekends at short notice and been able to pick up a reasonable choice of car from the club selections. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They will give you multiple bottles of cold water if you walk by the rental office near the car pick up.

Rented my first car with National this past weekend. The rental process was seamless. I generally rent with Hertz, I'm a presidents circle member, but National price was cheaper by several hundred bucks so I gave them a shot. By having a Platinum Amex they granted me their admirals club membership which is a great perk. You get to select from really nice upgraded cars free of charge. I would recommended this location to anyone. Good Job National.
