I had an excellent service experience with the people at enterprise Atlanta airport. I work for a major car manufacture and prefer to drive American made vehicles. The gentleman at the counter was not sure if they would be able to assist me but  The manager in training in the garage was extremely helpful. He found a great vehicle and got me rolling with no extra effort. I enjoyed the courteousness and professionalism of assistant manager Chris from Louisiana.

We had difficulty renting from another place in the airport. The attendants were wonderful. Nicole made sure we were taken care of as much as possible, she was about as wonderful as someone could expect. All around, every time I have used Enterprise at this location, I have been more then satisfied with the people, the vehicle, and the interactions.

Picking up my rental was made easy by Enterprise. I signed in at the kiosk and was immediately met by an Enterprise Agent . He took me over to my vehicle and we spent a few minutes looking it over and I was on my way. Return process was also excellent. I drove into the facility and was immediately greeted by an Enterprise agent. She greeted me by name and immediately collected the necessary data. She printed my agreement and receipt. Total process less than 5 minutes. Excellent performance by all personnel.

Great car! I really like to drive hybrid. It's amazing you don't need to worry about gas  - forget about paying extra for it .The only thing I didn't like - the registration process is meant to be very efficient with the automatic registration, but the machine didn't read my driver license or credit card. So, I was trying for 5 minutes, then had to turn to the service desk. I wish Enterprise have a key-in-the-car system, as they said National has (I haven't tried it yet myself though)

I was traveling with my wife and sent to pick up the car. Process to check in was easy and then went to pick the car up. I was greeted nicely in the lot and led to the car. It was a small Nissan but since it was just the 2 of us I thought she went small to save some money so i drove it to where we were staying 30 minutes away.
Much to my surprise she told me she rented a midsize and not a compact car. I feel as though we were taken advantage of in this case. It will be the last time i use enterprise. We use them a fair amount and i feel this was not right. If they were out of midsize they should have just been upfront.
