I have rented from Enterprise all over the country.  I have rented from this location a few times over the last 10 years.  Each time I find the staff knowledgeable and very willing to help.  I love the way they are given so much leeway to work with me and my needs at any given time.  I have had some great deals, nice cars and compacts at a great value.  Other rentals are not bad, but at the end of the day they just can't beat the customer service I get from Enterprise.  Their online deals are great, but if you have a chance work a good deal with the staff.  Always ask for a deal when you pick up.  Don't be disappointed if you don't get one, but they just might say yes.  Its happened for me.

My husband and I are VERY SATISFIED with customer service, the vehicles we have used. The staff is so friendly and goes far and beyond to satisfy your every need and want. You can NOT go wrong with renting from them...we do it at least once a month at this point.

The staff is very friendly and helpful!!!5 🌟 for the crew!! and the  courteous drivers. The process was quick they picked me and dropped me off when done. I even had choices of which car to pick. Really should be 4.5 total the one thing was the car I got was just turned in and they washed it quick and windows were still dirty on inside. -np

Customer service is amazing! I was in and out with no issues at all on both receiving and returning the rental. Very clean and professional!

While I was waiting, an employee was on the phone trying to satisfy a customer's needs with the exact make of vehicle they wanted. Even going as far as offering the customer a ride to their job and dropping off the rental vehicle of their choice when it was turned in later that day. 

Y'all this place is A1!

I have been renting from Enterprise for 15+ years and I have always had pleasant experiences and I have recommended them to my friends and my family and will continue recommending Enterprise. Thank you for the great customer service and the AWESOME cars that you made available to me.
