Free peanuts! 10/10 love five guys! Been eating at five guys for years now! Employees were nice, informative, & quick. Wait for ordering was quick, wait for food was quick. Their burgers taste so good! They give you a lot of fries! Their fries are amazing! Only thing is it’s a little pricey. They don’t sell it as a meal, they sell it all separate like, for only one Burger is $9, fries is separate, & drink is separate. If you want one patty burger then order the “little” ones. One soda, 2 of one patty cheeseburgers, & one little fries is $26!
Thankful for lettuce wrapped burgers and their fries!!! Good service here, wait was short. Gluten friendly, dairy free if needed they only have American cheese. Fries are in their own fryer which makes them completely gluten free - not sure about the Cajun seasoning though.
I want to start by saying I love Five guys. It’s one of my favorite places to grab a fast lunch. I went today to the location on 1488. I was a little early so I sat in my car playing on my phone. At 10:57. I walked into the store. Yea they open at 11. , but the door was unlocked. As I walked in I was greeted by a lady that waved and said hi. The lady behind her was shaking her finger at me and said “ no 11”. The First Lady looked at a clock and said to the Second Lady “yes 11 it’s 11”. The second look and said no 11 not til 11. I looked at my phone and it was 10:59. I said are you serious? She said no 11. The First Lady looked at me and said I’m sorry maybe 5 min. I walked out and will not return. I would have been happy to wait 2 or 5 minutes while they finished getting ready. No problem. All she had to say was give us a few minutes to get things ready. But costumer service had died. It’s sad that people are this way. If I treated my customers like this I would be fired, but she will still be working there. No accountability anymore for people’s actions I would have
Our order was made almost correctly. My boyfriend ordered ans paid a double grilled cheese but only received a single. Also we asked for normal and Cajun French fries, but only received a TON of Cajun fries. But the food was delicious ans made quickly.
Overpriced and overrated! Single meat HB, $8.95 smaller than a BK Whopper or Whataburger which in my opinion taste better. French fries greasy and stuffed in a brown paper bag with the burger on the bottom of the sack. There was no tray to put your French fries on you have to use a napkin. My total for a hamburger, French fries and a bottled water was $18.95. I will never go back! It appeared the oldest person working there may have been 21.
The food was good, although it was pretty expensive. We ordered three small hamburgers, one order of small fries, two waters and one ice tea and it was $45. Seems a bit much to me. There was hardly any others customers there and the floor really needed to be cleaned.Food: 4/5

Don’t take 3 stars as a negative. But this is Five Guy’s. The burgers are always good, the fries fresh, and the peanuts aplenty. However, my most recent visit was to pick up dinner for my fiancé and I. The store only had another person and myself, so there was no wait to order. In addition, the store was extremely clean! I ordered two double cheese burgers with sautéed onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, cat soup, and mustard. I also got a regular sized fries. After about 7-10 minutes of snacking on some pretty great peanuts, the order was ready. I took it to-go, so I could bring it home. By the time I got home, the grease had soaked the bag, my car seat, and everything I put it on. The last time I picked up the bag, the food tore a hold through the bottom and fell. We lost some fries, but the burgers were still wrapped. The buns were soaked with grease, to the point where I ate mine without a bun. No one likes wet bread unless you’re a psychopath Probably won’t return anytime soon. You could take a bath in the amount of grease there was. But hey, it’s five guys. What do you expect?
This place violates so many laws, child labor law, hiring legal citizens and none of their employees are actually legal! I have proof! I wouldn’t give this place your business if you have actual morals, the district manager does not know how to run a business or know how to treat her employees, in fact she does not even know how to do policies either! Shes a joke that only gives children anxiety attacks, and if you need work, go elsewhere, lots of better places hiring.
