Have to love 2 tacos for $1.69 Of course, i liked 2 for 99cents better STILL the Best for the price. I usually get 4. Then I'm done. Don't even need supper. But if you are a big eater, I recommend getting 8!Food: 5/5
The service was so bad, it almost has you thinking it’s a joke. In line behind just one other car. The parking lot had 4 cars in it. Ordered a bacon burger and then waited 12 minutes behind the other car. Got to the window and when the employee took my card and gave me the burger and drinks all she kept saying was “there you go”. I received no receipt for my order when my card was returned and when we opened the bag we got the WRONG SANDWICH. Instead we got a fried chicken sandwich. Only thing they managed to get right was the sprite we ordered. Extremely frustrated, I didn’t feel like waiting in line again for potentially the same mistakes. So I went across the street to McDonald’s where at least you get cheerful service and they get your order right.
Unfortunately it was 11 pm on a Tuesday night when I drove up to the drive through. I put in NY order & drove up. There was two cars in front of me. It took several minutes for the car at the window to get there food. I started to back out but they were able to leave, so I drove back up behind the car now at the window. But they started either giving their order or repeating their order. That was enough for me. I had to back out. Because during the wait in line I watched the McDonald's across the street have cars go through the drive through many times & the Canes next door have cars go through. So I went to the McDonald's & zoomed through. I do not want give then "bad" review, it could because of late night & no help, but dang it was bad.
Brandon is the man!!! When he’s there that place is top notch. Food is always hot, fresh and correct. He’s got the best attitude of anyone Ive met in a while Jack is lucky to have this man
Got home with food from the druve through. There was no meat on the sour dough burger. Tried to call but they didn't answer their phone.

The customer service is terrible. I got a shake, it tasted like ink or strong medicine, almost as if there could have been something wrong with the machine. The 3 or 4 ladies at the drive thru window spoke English but not good enough to comprehend the context of what I was saying. I told them that the strawberry shake did not taste right and that there could be something wrong as if it was with the machine . One of them proceeded to tell me that that is how it’s normally made. Then another one of the ladies came with an attitude and was rude. I explained to her AGAIN that the shake did not taste right like there could be something wrong with the machine but they thought I was just complaining as if I just didn’t like the shake. Thats ridiculous because I ALWAYS get that shake and it never tasted filthy like that. I told her that she was not understanding but she insisted she did. She was being defensive because she was probably thinking I was being condescending due to her being Latino when that is not the case. I am also a person of color black and the way they were so rude makes me think they were a little prejudiced because what is the attitude for? They continued to gaslight by saying that they have been selling shakes all day and there hasn’t been a problem, which is probably a lie. As I was getting a refund, the one rude lady was said “nobody has complained but you” in a smart attitude . My experience was completely uncalled for, I was just trying to tell them that something was wrong with the shake so maybe they could the manager do the machine could get fixed. To verify that I was not crazy, I went to another jack in the box and the shake tasted PERFECT. So, from now on, I’ll be going to that other jack in the box instead. Date: 8/31/22 around 3 p.m.
10:40p.m.give or take a few min.. 1488 and 2978, Jack in the box experience shows no pride in service to customers. I hate holding up any line, but, our order was wrong from the get go. Once paid for, the cashier tried handing me a drink I didn't order. I looked in the bag out of curiosity, but my husband said, it's OKAY, let's go. Drove off, get home and, yelp, it's wrong!! I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger only and it had bacon on it?! I love bacon, just don't want it on my "ultimate cheeseburger"! No biggy, just it's NOT what I ordered. Then my husband ordered a "chicken pita" and yes, he got that, but I included a picture of how they made It? I'll be sharing my experience with Corp. as my receipt requests me to do. Enjoy the laugh! Maybe Jack needs to follow McDonald's with kiosk, just saying. If this is what $15 an hour, gets you??!!
Service was excellent, food was hot and didn’t taste old. Thank you
