I should’ve listened to the reviews and avoided this location. I put an order in at 6:03pm and it was finally ready at 7:11pm- 2 pizzas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were stale and had zero flavor! It looked old and reheated. One of the pizzas was undercooked. The bottom of the pizza had uncooked dough. Avoid this place if you’re reading this.

Would give less stars if I could. Asked for a refund. Sassy young woman called herself "Me" when I asked for her name. Then hung up on me 6 times, and even the next day. Finally talked to the real manager,  as Me said she was the manager. I asked for a full refund, I have never done before. Then called my credit card to report a dispute in case they charged me anyway.  Asked for extra sauce and sat and waited until cooked. When they cook, sauce disappears, so they should add more normally. But box said less sauce. So by the time you choked down a piece, took a liter of water to swallow.

Will never buy from this location again. EXTREMELY unprofessional. The owner of this place would be embarrassed if he/she witnessed the service tonight. It was almost 6:00 at night and they were yelling to not take any more pizza orders for the remainder of the evening. That’s 5 hours left of the shift. Hire more reliable people. We order pizza a ton and will never come back or recommend this location to anyone. The pizza was absolutely horrible. Cheese pizza was burned and overload with so much sauce it spilled off the pizza as you bit in. The pepperoni pizza was so dried out. Absolute waste of money and we are all still hungry because we could barely get through a couple pieces.

I have been ordering from this location for a few months now. My pizzas always come out hot and delicious. Sam and Penny are freakin awesome. It’s always a pleasure seeing them when I pick up my order. Will definitely keep coming here. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!  PS: I highly recommend the deep dish. It’s my all-time favorite.

Ordered two pizzas and took them home. Opened the boxes to see that they weren’t done. I realized that I should have looked at them before I left. I can’t believe they would sell them that way. Other then that, the person that took my order was nice, and he told me there was a 30 minute wait which I already expected. I won’t be going there anymore since there are so many better pizza places around this area.

We have experienced super long waits even after placing my order on the app. Over an hour after my order should be complete, the girl comes up front and says just because you order on line doesn’t mean your order will be started. Are you kidding me…. An hour! I feel there is not enough staff or no one in charge. saw 2 people stand around back there and only one person working. Terrible customer service, but the pizza is cheap

I don't appreciate being cursed at for asking a simple question. I had to wait over an hour for my pizza and when I asked he said "it's only two people working here I don't have time for this s$*% just f%*$&@& wait for your food". I'll never go to this location again. Every time I come it's the same wait issue. I understand you are short staffed but that is no reason to talk to a paying customer in this manner. Do better.  Get it together.

Don’t come here. I ordered online and went to the location during my pickup window, actually was a couple minutes past. I waited several minutes in the lobby while the employees were yelling at each other. Then one came up to ask me my name. Came back up to tell me the wait time was 40 minutes. I said to cancel my order and give me a refund. I also wanted proof of the refund. I was told they can’t print a receipt because their printers weren’t working. Don’t come to this location!

Went into this location, paid for 2 pizzas and was told in 20 minutes it would be ready, came back and stood for one hour with no assistance what so ever. 3 people working in the back and not one of them came to help or attend anyone. Over 10 people in the waiting area. Called the phone to see if they would pick up. They did and when told we were waiting in the waiting area they hung up the phone. After over an hour of waiting finally received the pizza and o e of them was cold. 6606 Farm to Market Rd 1488 Suite 105A, Magnolia, TX 77354 worst service ever experienced.

Horrific customer service. I have heard about situations like this but never experienced. I own several restaurants, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt to most restaurants, but hard to do that in this case. First, the clerk was in the back. He hollered, "I'll be with you in a minute" & kept us waiting until he finished what he was doing to come serve us. The lady in front of me ordered three hot n ready pizzas. The clerk only rung up two. They lade told him she wanted three. He told her, "That's not what you said." The lady explained that she wanted two pepperoni & one cheese. The clerk actually said to her a couple times, "Are you really going to argue with me." I told him to just ring up the pizzas. He walk off to the back & didn't come back out. He left three customers just waiting. This place apparently has a management issue with it being run as badly as it is.
