I’ve been to many chipotle locations and this is always the worst. Why is the quac always brown??? Such a great location but service and quality is not. Hope they turn it around. This is just unacceptable.

I ordered ahead right after work for a 8:20 PM pick up time. It was not busy when I pulled up and there was one car ahead of me in drive-thru. It took another 20 minutes to get my order it was prepared when I pulled up and they asked me what my drink…just to tell me that my drink was unavailable. They also did not have some of the ingredients that I paid extra for. Instead, I will willingly drive to Cava instead, the food is fresher and the staff is friendlier. Not coming here anymore: Staff looked annoyed because they were prioritizing the 2 people inside rather than the 2-3 people in the drive thru who ordered ahead. I PAID $22 for less ingredients and the drink that was unavailable to me.

I wanted 54 minutes after my promised pick up time. The two guys on the pickup line were working but by no means hustling. The inside was not that busy and the two employees working there should have taken over some pickup orders. At one point a guy on the inside line asked for my order name and the guys working pickup said they were in the middle of making it, but then it disappeared. The girl on the inside line tried to look it up but said it disappeared, so they all just dropped it and ignored me. Finally after my 6th time asking they looked at the meals on the ready line and said “oh here it is.”  Meanwhile the manager never once went over to help the pickup line and in fact she stopped to take her lunch break. I worked in fast food for 7years and if any of our managers would have done that they would have been fired immediately.  While I was waiting I saw one of the employees take money from a customer with his gloves on and then start making more food without changing his gloves. So unsanitary.  I asked for a refund, but was told only corporate could do that, so I had no choice but to keep waiting. To top it off not even an apology was given for the absolutely ridiculous wait time, my food was cold and the chips were stale.

I ordered through the app.  They can not get an order correct to save their lives.  Last time my chicken quesadilla came without cheese.  This time I did get cheese but received 3 sides of cold brown rice  instead of the sour cream and tomato salsa I ordered.  I called to complain, but quickly realized I was wasting my breath.

I’d like to start off with that I’ve been to this location many times. Just about twice a week, due to my fitness goals and convenience. They’ve messed up my order with minor issues forgot sour cream, salsas, stuff like that. No biggie, I’m a reasonable person. But last night, I ordered the guajillo steak spelling? and chicken bowl. Which I’ve gotten many times since they rolled out the steak. I was raving to my boyfriend about how tender it was, not realizing it was almost completely raw until I had to cut one of the bigger pieces. It truly looks like they set it on the grill for a couple seconds to get some color. Mind you, I eat medium rare steak. I’m okay with that. But what’s not okay is throwing my guts up the very next day over food poisoning. I immediately spit it out once I realized it was raw, but it was obviously too late. It’s impossible to call the store to get this resolved. I’ve been eating chipotle since they opened the location over in The Woodlands years ago, but this is always my go-to since it’s closer to my house. I was there the first day this location was open to the public, and I’m absolutely disgusted. Shame on all of you for serving undercooked meat. To finish things off, I work with food every single day. I fake a smile at least 50 times a day. Your employees always look miserable and like they don’t want to be there. My family and I will never be back to this location, again. The Woodlands will get my business from now on. Thanks.

This location used to be great but lately each time I’ve ordered online something was wrong. Side orders missing, a bowl with someone else’s name in my bag and most recently, one bowl that had the right order label but a completely different order inside and the other bowl with the label of someone else’s order scratched out with my name next to it but that bowl matched the order so someone literally gave me somebody else’s order and made it look like it was meant for me. They were probably the type of kid to add a line to an F to try to pass it off as an A. Very frustrating.

This place is pulling a scam on consumers during this time of inflation. Barely any meat is put in and 65% of the burrito is going to be rice. I would be surprised if the workers weren't told to skimp on the pricier portions.

Ordered sofrita salad and So watery. This never happened in other chipotle branch.

Horrible customer service: Food is good but when I got home from picking up my mobile order my large queso was missing. Trying to get it resolved has proved impossible because you can’t speak to a live person and when I tried to use the app it refused to resolve the issue. I just want the money refunded to my card, it shouldn’t be this difficult.
