Every time I come to this location, something is wrong with my order. The food is way too expensive now to be missing part of my order. Twice now my sandwich has had no lettuce. I pay for extra sauce and it’s not in the bag. Sometimes the drinks are undrinkable and taste like there are chemicals in them. I love canes but this location doesn’t even give me what I pay for.

Prices went up which is to be expected but what we didn’t expect was for the chicken tenders to become chicken nuggets. I have never got chicken this small from Canes. You pay 10 bucks for 3 tiny tenders now. I bought four convos last night and these things were ridiculous. Of course when they are this tiny they are dry from the cooking process.

Excellent customer service, our first time at this restaurant on a Saturday mid-morning. Food served hot, fresh and quickly! Enjoyed our first time and definitely will be back--nice alternative to Popeyes down the road!

My last visit they forgot to give me my credit card back. After I had a chance to return and pick it up, I was met with an attitude from Justin. I simply asked if my card was secured, he said I went on a shopping spree. What kind of management do we have here? I know go to the social board or call the 800 number. I'm a new customer, and will never be back. It's really pricey for what you get. Kinda sad when it's only chicken fingers and fries.

Bad at taking orders. How many times do I need to repeat the order only for them to still get it wrong!? And when I did get home with missing items, the food was also cold!!! Don't bother calling them. Their phones don't work. I'm sure this is done on purpose to prevent the many angry and disappointed customers getting through.

Never provides consistency with chicken finger sizes.  I always get a tiny chicken finger mixed in. And, I never receive correct order.  You pay for extra sauce and never get it.  This time I ordered through DoorDash, DoorDash driver was great, but my food was incorrect once again. Ordered Box Combo, see picture attached of the TINY chicken finger that apparently counts as the fourth tender.... pathetic. About the size of my thumb.  Paid extra for sauce and an extra side of toast and got neither.

Unfortunately gonna have to call it quits with Cane's. Just not worth it anymore. Staff is always great but drinks at this location have been terrible for weeks and we've just been pouring them out. Tea or sodas, both always taste like chemicals and have a really bad after taste. Also in two days our identical orders went from $19.68 to $22.28. That's a pretty big increase and the food just isn't worth that.

This is my favorite chicken . The flavor and crust is crunchy and chicken is not over cooked. Staff are inviting and friendly.Food: 5/5

Female in drive thru was laughing the whole time taking my order. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I decided to go elsewhere, as I drove off she stuck her head out and laughed really loud. Odd behavior!
