Super clean and new. The stuff was great. I needed to stay here because of a delay with my connection flight and it was more than I expected.

Ok how do I start this off, I was forced to stay in Chicago longer than expected. I appreciate this hotel being available however, I was unable to fully enjoy my stay. When I arrived my check-in was okay. Once I arrived inside of the room, that okay turned into not okay. The smell of fecal matter fumigated the whole room. I quickly went back downstairs, and notified the front desk ( space). They changed my room to another one, and that was fine. Then I found out that there is no pool, no spa, (which was part of the reason why this hotel was chosen,) the breakfast was crammed in one of the rooms on the first floor. There is nothing but construction which made it uncomfortable because there was noise all day. I am a disabled person who couldn't even use the elevator after a certain time on day two of our stay. As we speak, it is still unavailable.  I understand that renovations take time, HOWEVER I should have been informed prior to booking about the present conditions of the hotel. I feel like my wallet was assaulted, the facts were evident once i arrived. I DID NOT receive everything I paid for. My 10 year old had to stay inside because of the cold outside and mounds of snow and no amenities inside because of the renovations going on. Over all the staff was ok. Even though some of the front of the House staff were not very inviting. 

THERE'S THAT LOUD NOISE AGAIN THAT WAS GOING ON ALL NIGHT and DAY TOO. It sounds like a generator is sharing this room with us.

The driver was very nice. He even shared with us some of the stores near by and who would deliver of needed. Over all my stay has been mediocre thus far. Much less than i would expect from such a great name and brand. In closing my second room smelled BETTER i just hope for more considering the name displayed out front.

Loved the place. Cleam and nice rooms, good hot breakfast and very nice staff.

It's a great hotel with great amenities quiet atmosphere, great associates, and spacious rooms, and good beer.
