Stay is calm and cool, but it could be better if they can add some utensils to the kitchen to make it great.

As this is located outside the city , people have to travel a long distance to find good restaurant for food, it is very chilled out side some times -10dC.

I'm boggled by all these 4 or 5 star ratings. So my only guess is that's it's the drug dealers, prostitutes or hotel management. Place is scary looking inside and out. Not only are drugs being done there, but being dealt too. Young couple who have been there awhile are worst ones. They upped their work ethic by throwing in sex while they fill u with bad heroine. Once so into the oral u r receiving from her while he watches, they convince you u need more, hence more money. And once u r completely out of it they rip u off, show u out or leave u alone if they made a house call to you. So, if looking to take bed bug home with you, overdose and get diseases from the oral you get, this place is great!! Management does nothing bout all this and cops slow to deal with it too. Guess it will take someone overdosing and dying before that place is shut down!! Could not get out of there quick enough. Longest weeks of my life!! And staff and management as bad as written by others. I'm sure that couple is not only dealers or users either. But u will know them if u see them. They look dirty, high and always smoking. The girl if she is cleaned up will lure u in though if u let her.

This is one og the cleanest hotels i have been inn i have worked in every part of the hotel business i know all the tricks house keepers use to cut cotners not theses ladies you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in a room and the lady that always work the front desk i think she is the manager she is tough but runs a safe hotel which makes it comfortable for families to be here even the night shift security guy my child is sceptical of alot of people not these guys would recommebd this for any family

Change the personnel up frt ... She makes staying here not comfortable . Unless the owners of this location likes poor customer service then she's fits in perfect . I always try being a better person because I thrive in customer service and I know how to look beyond a poor additude but this one can't be won . She needs a course now and not later . Horrible horrible horrible ! Smile more and be kind it's not costing you a dime . A smile back or even a smile first can not only change your day it helps others have a great day.
