Price was good and the room was clean.  No complaints there.  The only negatives would be that the TV was analog (no cable, therefore fuzzy picture) and one the second day, for some reason both lamps on either side of the bed were out, in fact the plugs in the sockets were non-working (tried other electronics in it and nothing worked).  The plugs were fine on the first night, but the second night both plugs were shorted out.  Everything else was fine.  Staff was nice.  No complaints.

I was traveling to take a look at a luxury car I was considering purchasing.  I wasn’t able to get to O’Hare until late...around 11:45pm. I needed a decent place to lay my head, get some much needed shut eye, and a hot shower.  But at the same time I was conscious of my spending.  Your hotel offered a great price. It was close to the airport and offered a 24 he shuttle.  Outstanding!  

Check-in was quick.  The room was comfortable.  The bed was warm and the shower hot.  All I wanted in one package.

All I needed for 2 good nights of sleep at a good price.  Nothing extra ordinary about the place.  Just a simple, no frills place to stay for the night.  I would not hesitate staying again, but I am a pretty easy person to please.  Scores I provide reflect my needs.

If you are looking for a fabulous hotel with every option, this isn't for you. However, if you are looking for a clean, warm place to sleep before jumping on a flight at O'Hare (or just getting off a long one) then this hotel is perfect. I have stayed here twice with my husband for different flights (one in October, one a few days ago) and it was fine. It was clean, warm and comfortable. They have a computer and printer in the lobby which was nice because we had to print off tickets. I always pull off the sheets to check for lice, ticks and bedbugs and found nothing. The sheets were free of stains and smelled fresh.

EDIT! READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!! Estella, the morning attendant, is a poor example of customer service. I went to the front desk to inform them that the dresser in my room was broken upon entering the room. The next morning I got accused of breaking the dresser myself by Estella. When I asked to switch rooms because the bed was very uncomfortable, I was told to come back at 8am when housekeeping got in for the day and she proceeded to dismiss me and walk away from me into the back office. I called her back out and asked to speak to her more in depth. As I've stayed here before I knew a specific room was very comfortable and wanted to ask for that room specifically. She responded with nothing but attitude, cocking her hip and rolling her eyes at me. After a moment of back and forth she told me that she was going to ban me from the hotel. I never once raised my voice to her or gave her any disrespect. When I asked her name, as she was wearing a sweater covering her name tag, she gave me two fake names, Maria and Rosa. I then asked to see her name tag and she finally admitted to her real name.

prior visit:
I stayed here for two nights, I then extended my reservation by two more nights. When I extended I paid for a King bed. I was told I was going to have to move to a full size bed room. I very obviously was not pleased and attempted to explain what I did to the front desk woman who treated me with such disrespect and disregard. She was talking over me, assisting other guests akd walking away from me. I had my friend come him to help me and her attitude changed immediately. I did not get her name but I genuinely believe that this woman is racist against white people as my friend is Hispanic as was she and when i say her attitude changed immediately, I mean immediately. She even lied to my friend saying that I called her a b**** and other hateful things.
