Located fairly close to airport with free parking available. The staff was very good. They even gave a free complimentary breakfast when asked for it. The breakfast service was good. They made a fresh lemonade for my colleague even though it was not available on menu. The cleanliness was good and the bedsheets are one of the softest I ever slept on.

Old Hispanic guy that works the night shift is a jerk. My co workers and I had our own rooms but he wouldn’t let us hang out in the lobby. Two: he’s slow as molasses. It took him like 45 minutes to check in 3 rooms. Three: soft water. Beds are great tho

We stayed here during the walker stalker con in Rosemont IL. One reason was because no parking fee here compared to others charged. Huge reason I chose this was the buffet breakfast I was told was included. Found out first morning there that it was NOT included. I explained this to the manager on duty and she kindly gave me 2 vouchers for up to $12 each for breakfast from their menu. The bartender/server in the restaurant was beyond my expectations especially considering it was a freebie. The rooms were very clean and nice. The shower was wonderful with lots of water pressure unlike most hotels I've stayed. Oh and the bed and pillows were perfect. It was nice and quiet as well.

LOVE this place.   Stayed there with my BF for the U2 concert last year.  Nice and clean.  Great accommodating staff. Nice amenities.  Even sell frozen food downstairs  to put in your room microwave.   Felt at home.  Would like to go again.

Very impressed for the price. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bar and food were great, and prices are reasonable. Rooms are really nice, and Clean. Will definitely stay here again when back in Chicago.
