My fiance and I purchased an engagement ring and our wedding bands from Franks, and we had such an amazing experience both times. The employees were so patient and walked us through every option, and explained all the differences. I never felt pressured to buy something, and they always kept our budget in mind when showing us options. I will absolutely come back again for any jewelry I buy in the future, and we have been recommending Franks to all of our friends (one of whom also bought an engagement ring and said he had a great experience too)

What can I say about Frank's Jewellers? They are incredible! I first went in to see if they could help me create a custom engagement ring for my now wife. All I had were some pictures of the style of ring she liked. Devon patiently explained the process and what they could do (which seems like almost anything!) and we got started in creating the most amazing piece of jewellry. The ring turned out better than I could have hoped. I also could not believe such a custom ring could be created in that short a time (less than 2 weeks) - and neither could my wife whom I managed to surprise as a result! There was no decision to be made as to where we would get our wedding bands. Once again, they did not disappoint with 2 beautiful, custom rings. I cannot say enough about the service. Devon, who assisted us for all of the rings, was great to work with. Patient, knowledgeable and helpful the whole way. Thanks for being such an integral part of our wedding day!

After months of searching for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé with no luck, a friend recommended that I visit Frank’s. After discussing exactly what I was looking for and sharing a few pictures of rings that I liked online, Billie-Jo assured me that her and the Frank’s team would be able to create the ring I had been looking for, and within my budget. Fast forward to the day I picked up the ring: it was everything I had hoped it would be, and more. It completely surpassed my expectations, and to my surprise, came in under budget. Billie-Jo’s attention to detail is incredible, and her support along the way made the process fun and exciting. I also want to thank Devon for her help when I picked up the ring; it was a special moment for me and she was kind, caring and shared in my excitement. The team at Frank’s is first class all the way, and I am excited to go in and have our wedding bands made when the time comes. You’ve made a lifelong customer in me, and I’ll be sure to point family and friends in your direction too.

Wow what an amazing experience I had with Frank's!! Billy jo helped me design a totally unique ring using my husbands grandmother's wedding band as a base... the whole experience from start to finish could not have been more perfect!!!

By far the best jeweller in the tri-cities area. I visited almost all of the jewellery stores in the area looking for the perfect engagement ring. I found that Frank's had not only the best service but also the best prices, even when compared to local "wholesale" stores. Helen and Bob were very knowledgeable, patient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Do yourself a favour and check with them before making your next jewellery purchase!
