I came in with a broken puzzle ring, walked out 15 minutes later with it good as new. The owner is incredibly kind, skilled and provided amazing service for an affordable price. Plus there's a window through which you can watch him work!

My now fiance and I visited a dozen jewelry stores in Kitchener and Waterloo, Robin's craftsmanship is hands down the best. The ring is unique, it's absolutely beautiful and Robin gave us a great price on the diamond. I would highly recommend visiting Robin and his son.
